Information you give us. When you submit a contact or home-value form, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message or property information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic, non-identifying visit data (such as pages viewed and approximate region) to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
We use what you share solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the real-estate services you asked about, and follow up regarding your buying, selling, renting, or property-management needs. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
If you provide your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Auguste by phone call or text message regarding your inquiry and related real-estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
No sharing of mobile data. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent (opt-in) information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes all categories of information collected through SMS.
